• If a new draft item (that is due to publish immediately) of an
  existing (and previously syndicated) published item is attempted
  to be syndicated, then the following exception is thrown:
  
  java.lang.NullPointerException
   at
  com.ibm.workplace.wcm.services.repository.RepositoryServiceImpl.
  etNodeByUUID
   at
  com.aptrix.deployment.subscriber.PackageProcessor.getParentId
   at
  com.aptrix.deployment.subscriber.PackageProcessor.updateDraftIte
  

Local fix

• None, although subsquent syndications can sometimes correct the
  error automatically
