Error description

• Slow performance retrieving content with many resource elements.
  This might be noticeable when rendering a menu of content items
  that contain many resource elements.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When content is retrieved from the repository, the content
  elements are loaded. Binaries for resource elements are not
  loaded, but they are still retrieved unnecessarily from the
  database to identify if the resource is valid.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed the method of identifying whether a resource is valid.
  Instead of loading the binary data itself, a data length
  property can be observed instead.
