  Detailed Problem Description:
  
  If we add a file resource component fileCmpnt1 to Content
  content1 and upload document doc1, doc1 will appear in the
  search result of the searchCollection where content1 belongs.
  However, if we add a component reference component refCmpnt1 to
  content1 and use refCmpnt1 to reference a file resource
  component fileCmpnt2, which has an uploaded document doc2, doc2
  will not appear in the search result of the searchCollection
  where content1 belongs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem Analysis:
  
  If SearchServiceConstants.CONFIG_EXCLUDE_FILE_ATTACHMENTS is
  true,
  , in getList() of SearchSeedModel.java,
  code works in the way that only directly embedded document like
  doc1 is added to the search seed item list, not the indirectly
  referenced one like doc2.
  
  Failing Module: WCM - Web Content Management (General)
  
  Problem Solution:
  
  1. taking in consideration of any component reference element
  and its potential child component reference element that may
  reference to a fileResourceComponent like refCmpnt1 and
  subsequently put the indirectly referenced document like doc2
  into the search seed item list.
  
  2. do checking to avoid adding duplicated fileResourceComponent
  into the search seed item list.
