Error description

• Drafts that are generated by restarting the workflow that are
  then deleted are not added to the All Items -> Deleted view to
  be purged.

  Deleted content items appear in the following view
  "All Items ->Deleted View" However the following does not result
  in the deleted content being displayed:
  1)  Open the view "Workflow Items ->Items by
      Workflow->Approval Workflow ->Draft"
  5)  Select a Draft Item
  6)  Click the "Delete"  Button
  7)  The item was successfully deleted is returned
  8)  Opened the View "All Items->Deleted" and the previously
      Deleted Draft content does not appear.
