Error description

• When using code page HCP930 'KEY_JAPAN_KATAKANA, English
  lowercase characters are converted to uppercase when Enter
  is pressed.

Problem conclusion

• A new method convertSBStrToUpperCase() will be used to handle
  SBCS alphabet characters to uppercase and not be invoked if
  the characters is Double byte.
