• When using "right to left" orientation with subfile component
  the text entered into input field is reversed.
  Example: enter a 12 and inserts 21

  Java script function, lxgwfunctions.js, doesn't take into
  consideration the orientation of field where the action code
  is to be inserted.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed lxgwfunctions.js Pick function to check if Bidi is
  enabled and if either the field of the form is Right to Left
  orientation.  If so, then reverse the necessary fields.
