APAR status

Error description

• When the font style is changed for RCP widgets on non English
  platforms the setting is not being saved.
  
  This problem can be reproduced using the RCP Field widget.
  Select the field widget and open the widgetSettings.
  Change the font style to anything other than default.
  Close the widget settings dialog.
  Reopen the widget settings dialog and the font style will be
  reset back to default.

  *                      only occurs when using a non-English    *
  *                      locale in the development studio.       *

  When the font style of an RCP field widget is changed the new
  value is not being stored correctly for users running the HATS
  studio with a non-English locale.  The problem is due to the
  style being translated and stored in the local language in the
  widget properties.
  

Problem conclusion

• HATS was internally comparing the font style string to a
  hard-coded English string.  As a result, when the font style
  was stored in another language the comparison would always
  fail and revert to the default font style.  The problem was
  fixed by comparing the stored font style to both the English
  string and the local language string.
