Collect the following MustGather information to help IBM Support troubleshoot problems when an IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliance issue arises with IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM).

The following information describes the documentation needed by IBM support to investigate this problem scenario. Gather as much information listed in this document as possible.
Follow the instructions provided in MustGather: Collecting IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliance Security and AAA Information
In addition to the steps referenced in this document, see also the additional step below (step 1.6)
Note: All data should be collected for the same test run to correlate the timestamp between different application processing time.
1.6. In addition, collect the following data for TFIM issue.
- Make sure WSSM component of TFIM should be installed and configured. See TFIM documentation for the detail.
- trace file from logtemp:// folder on DataPower and log file from Tivoli server
- Packet capture from DataPower and TFIM servers
- Log files from TFIM server
- Configuration details from TFIM server with version and patch details.
