Problem summary
When using the replay cache the device could be vulnerable to a crash if the configuration was modified while the cache was being updated or pruned. The APAR resolves the locking issues.
Problem conclusion
The fix will be in 3.7.2.14, 3.7.3.13, 3.8.0.7, 3.8.1.5
