the Design Studio hangs.

Problem Description:
Looping or hang in design studio when importing Xerces schema
that contains derived complex types with no elements.

Platforms Affected:
Win32

Problem conclusion

  • Prevent looping when importing Xerces schema that contains
dervived complex types with no elements. Added code to break out
 the loop when checking if this element can be mapped as a
single type.
