Error description

• Map compiler errors for Map Archive .mar file when building
  associated Broker Archive .bar file with WTX 8.2 and WMB
  Toolkit 6.1.0.8.  The maps compile successfully in both the WTX
  perspective within the WMB Toolkit and in Design Studio.  The
  map compiler return codes 8 and 19 are reported related to type
  tree issues.  The problem occurs when using a Native XML Schema
  .xsd file as the type tree for a map card.

  Map compilation was failing while creating the MAR file due to
  checksum errors between the mtx file and the xsd file mainly
  because they were moved to a different workspace.

Problem conclusion

• The code that opens the mtx file, if the checksum does not
  match, deletes the mtx file, but never closes it. Added code to
  close the file before deleting (then recreating it).
