PM69856: REMOVING UPDATE KEYS QUALIFIED WITH THE USER NAME CORRUPTS THE MDQ FILE

Error description

• In the Database Interface Designer, When changing the "Access
  user tables/procedures only" parameter from No to Yes, the
  following prompt appears:
  
  One or more update keys defined for the database are qualified
  with the username. Do you wish to remove the username from all
  update keys for this database?
  
  When Yes is selected in response to the prompt, the change
  occurs however it corrupts the MDQ file to where it can no
  longer be opened by the Database Interface Designer and it is
  not recognized in the map cards.
