Error description

• Syntax Item Subclass failing minimum size requirement when
  defined as characters.  If size is defined as bytes, then that
  failure does not occur.

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender Design Studio customers who
  specify the size of syntax items in characters
  
  Problem Description:
  Syntax items whose size was specified in characters were being
  rejected as being an invalid size.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• We were not finding the size in characters for syntax types.  We
  were only doing that for text types.  The code was changed so we
  would treat syntax types like text types in this regard.
