PM64381: LAUNCHER CRASH MAY OCCUR IN DORESALIASEXITS FUNCTION WHEN USING RESOURCE REGISTRY SCHEMA ALIAS AND INVOKING XERCES OR XDS PARSER

• A launcher crash may occur in DoResAliasExits() function when
  using Resource Registry for XML Schema file location and
  invoking Xerces or XDS Parser.

Problem summary

  Problem Description:
  Launcher may crash in DoResAliasExits  function if launcher uses
  resource registry and map that uses XERCES or XDS parser is
  invoked. The problem is uninit memory read. In addition,
  launcher fails to resolve the schema file name if resource
  registry is used to define the schema name
