Error description

• When using the LE option DTX_SCHEMA_ENCODING=IBM-1047 as the
  default encoding value for input validation, the environment
  variable is not working as designed and the following is an
  example of the error seen in the input trace file.
  External Parser returned Error:
  TYPE X'0002' (Error (-1), "XMLParser: Input XML data is
  invalid."
  SAXParseException, Fatal error ªline: 1 column: 56  An
  exception occurred! Type:RuntimeException, Message:EBCDIC files
  must provide an encoding= string
