Error description

• If map source file is right-clicked in the Extender Navigator,
  and the 'Build All Maps...' option is chosen (or the shortcut
  key Ctrl+L is used) no warnings are displayed.  The .MME file is
  created with zero bytes (no content).
  
  [Note - If the map is compiled in the usual way (open in the
  designer and click on the menu entry 'Build All' in the 'Map'
  menu or using the shortcut key Ctrl+L) then the warning is
  displayed.]
