Error description

• WTX 8.3.0.4 Design Studio Integration Flow Designer produces
  incorrect results when comparing msd files.  When the map
  source file (.mms) is located in the same directory as the
  system definition file (.msd), no differences are detected.
  When the map source and type tree files are moved to a
  different directory, the compare function detects differences
  in the Launcher settings between the two msd files although the
  values are identical:
  Map Settings -> Map Audit -> Audit Location -> File Name ->
