PM59889: USE OF XPATH AND XPATHEX FUNCTIONS CAN LEAD TO XLST OR XLSTEX FUNCTION FAILURES

Error description

• Maps that use the XPATH and/or XPATHEX xml library functions
  cause XLST and/or XSLTEX functions to fail. When the calling the
  XSLT/XSLTEX functions, the third argument is a log file.  If you
  review the output log file, errors similar to the following can
  be encounted:
  
  XSLT Error: The prefix 'xxxx:stylesheet' is not declared.
  
  The Unicode code point 'x' is not a legal XML  character
  
  Transformation error in the XSLT function
  
  In the above messages, xxxx is a stylesheet the XSLT/XSLTEX
  function is using on input and 'x' for the code point can be any
  unicode character.

  destructor are not multithread safe. Random errors are possible
  if different instances of this class are created in different
