Error description

  • Error encountered when trying to use 'Failover' with the JMS
adapter.  The JNI log file contains the error 'Invalid property
specified'.

Problem summary

  • Users Affected:
WebSphere Transformation Extender JMS user that attempts to
parse a command line that uses characters described in the
analysis section.

Problem Description:
The WTX JMS Adapter fails to process the fail-over command line
associated with the Apache MQ provider.

Platforms Affected:
ALL

Problem conclusion

  • The JMS Adapter can properly parse the fail-over command line
associated with the Apache ActiveMQ JMS provider.  Before this
fix, the command line parsing would fail due to the presence of
the following characters: ( ) ? =
