WebSphere Transformation Extender customers who have large
number of release characters or substitute characters defined

Problem Description:
Memory corruption in the core engine when running a map and data
with many release or substitute characters defined.
Stack trace points to isFreeALL, TestMemberList or just
operating system free() function.

Platforms Affected:
All

Problem conclusion

  • Correct core engine code to properly allocate memory buffer when
release data objects are stored.
