PM56692: MTS IMPORTER CREATES TYPE TREE WITH MISSING PROPERTY 'DEFAULT' FOR VARIABLE DECIMAL DELIMITER CAUSING DS ANALYSIS CRASH

Error description

• A .MTS file is created from a type tree with an object defined
  with the following properties:
  NumberItem - 'Item SubClass->Separators->Fraction
  Syntax->Default' = .
  Importing the exported .MTS file in WTX 8.3 results in an
  incorrect type tree where the NumberItem has no value for
  'Item SubClass->Separators->Fraction Syntax->Default'.
  Analysis of the imported type tree causes the Design Studio to
  crash.
  If the '.' value is added back to the type property, then the
  Design Studio no longer crashes.

  Circumvention: Add the missing value to the imported type tree
  field to avoid the crash.
