Error description

• The WTX WSDL Importer may produce following errors when
  importing a WSDL file that contains UTF-8 data in type
  definitions.
  com.ibm.websphere.dtx.xmlsimp75.SchemaException
  org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8
  sequence.

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender Design Studio user that wishes
  to import a WSDL file via the WSDL importer, particularly if the
  WSDL File contains XML schema types that reference UTF-8 data.
  
  Problem Description:
  WSDL that contains UTF-8 data in XML type definitions is unable
  to be imported.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  Windows
  

Problem conclusion

• The WSDL importer can properly parse XML schema types that
  contain UTF-8 data.  Before this fix, the default encoding of
  the JVM was used to parse the data versus the encoding declared
  in the WSDL file.
