Error description

  • When using the email adapter with the -PROTO LNOTES option for
    Lotus Notes protocol and the -ATT option for attachment, a copy
    of the outgoing email is not stored in the Lotus Notes database
    under the 'SENT' folder, although the email is successfully
    sent.
    If the -ATT option is removed, a copy of the outgoing email is
    successfully stored in the 'SENT' folder.

Problem summary

    Problem Description:
    When a mail attachment is used, the WTX Lotus Notes email
    messages are not saved to the "Sent" folder.
    
    Platforms Affected:
    Windows
    

Problem conclusion

  • The WTX Lotus Notes protocol is now able to save email messages
    with file attachments to the "Sent" folder.  Before this fix,
    email messages that included a file attachment were not saved to
    the "Sent" folder.
