Error description

  • Exporting a type tree will fail if the Data Language for the
Release Character is set to anything other than Native, and
there is an actual release character specified.
Exporting will fail for any selection that includes that section
of the type tree.
This affects both GUI export and command line (texport.exe)
methods.

WebSphere Transformation Extender Design Studio customers using
type tree export function

Problem Description:
Design Studio fails to export the type tree if the types having
Release syntax defined with any ICU Data Language other than the
Deprecated Data Languages.

Platforms Affected:
Windows

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed a problem with Design Studio where it exports the type
tree successfully even if the Release type syntax uses any ICU
Data Language other than the Deprecated languages.
