  in the map audit log when the Language for the map rule Item in
  the type tree was changed from "Japanese" to "Western".

  Design Studio does not generate the DBCS characters in the map
  audit log after restart resulting in DBCS characters missing
  with the same when they should appear in the Japanese

Problem conclusion

• Fixed a problem with Design Studio where it now reads the
  'National Language' setting during the type tree read operation
  and in turn compiles and runs the map as expected on Japanese
  environment.
