Error description

  • Trading Manager fails to correctly process 4020 X12 data that
contains an STC segment which causes sendx12 map failure with
return code 30.

Problem Descriptiom:
Processing 4020 file causing failures in the reject directory
and a map error for sendx12 map with return code 30

Platforms affected:
ALL

Problem conclusion

  • Validation error was caused by a segment STC that was being
treated differently due to rules added in APAR PM52219. Modified
m4ecmgmt tree to correctly distinguish a segment that starts
with ST or SE but is not an ST or SE segment.
