PM52706: XML SCHEMA IMPORTER WITH CLASSIC OPTION NOT CREATING TYPE TREE WITH CORRECT INITIATOR FOR XMLS PREFIX FIELD

Error description

• The type tree that is generated using WTX 8.3 from an imported
  XML Schema has the following as the initiator for XMLS prefix:
  <WSP>xmlns<IGNORE,,:,:>
  The IGNORE has 3 variables:
  1. Data that is expected to be at the beginning of the data that
  is to be ignored.
  2. Data that is mapped on the output.
  3. Data that is expected at the end of the ignored data.
  The IGNORE defined in the XMLS prefix initiator causes the colon
  character ":" to be incorrectly created after xmlns on output.
  In 8.1, the XMLS prefix is defined without the IGNORE as:
  <WSP>xmlns
