Error description
When running a map in the Design Studio with a large input file, the map may complete with return code 0 but the output file is created with a size of 0 bytes. If the map is executed using Command Server, the map completes with return code of 0 and the output file is created correctly.

Problem summary
Users Affected: WebSphere Transformation Extender customers running a map that fails to create output due to not enough memory condition Problem Description: Map completes successfully but output for one of the cards was not generated when it should fail with "Not enough memory to execute the map" error if the memory allocation failed for the large output being generated. Platforms Affected: All
Problem conclusion
Fixed a problem with Core Engine where it now reports "Not enough memory to execute map" error instead of reporting as "Map completed successfully" when memory allocation failed during ICU conversion from one character set to another during output generation. Delivered in: 8.1.0.6, 8.2.0.6, 8.3.0.5
