Problem summary
Users Affected: WebSphere Transformation Extender customers using type tree analyzer and experiencing this symptoms Problem Description: Type trees were somehow ending up with invalid character set indices. The Type Designer didn't react well to them, and the run-time either failed, looped, or got the wrong answer. Platforms Affected: Windows
Problem conclusion
Structure analysis was enhanced so it would check the character set indices in all the places where they can be set. If it finds an invalid index, it sets it to zero ("Native") and reports the problem. Delivered in: 8.2.0.6, 8.3.0.5, 8.4.0.3
