PM48583: LEADING SPACE IS TRUNCATED WHEN DOCUMENTVERIFICATION IS SET TO WELLFORMED(XERCES ONLY).

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A map has the Document Verification settings in the Input
  card as "Well formed (Xerces only)". When this setting is
  enabled, the truncation of leading spaces before the "&" occurs.
  
  When the Document Verification is set to "Never", the map
  expects an XSD to be present during run time for validation. The
  Leading spaces before the "&" is retained in this case and shows
  at the Output XML too.  Ideally data manipulation should be
  independent of Document Verification.
