Error description
When using the REFORMAT() function in a map transformation from COBOL to XML, the Zoned Decimal fields are incorrectly divided by 10 and the negative sign is dropped. For example: A COBOL Zoned Decimal value of -10.99 is transformed by the REFORMAT() function to an XML value of 1.09 (divided by 10 with no negative sign).
