  • The sdeploy command generates the compiled maps with a ".sun"
file extension instead of the expected ".aix" file extension
when using the -P <platform> option defined as "-P AIX" for the
AIX platform.

Problem Description:
SDEPLOY command line utility generates .sun compiled maps
instead of .aix compiled maps when -P or -PLAT AIX command line
option is specified.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed a problem with SDEPLOY command line utility where it now
generates .aix compiled maps instead of .sun files when using -P
or -PLAT AIX command line option.
