• When calling the Command Server on z/OS USS, and there is an
  error in the command line arguments, a non-zero error message
  would be expected.  A zero RC is being returned by the
  execution engine.

  Problem Description:
  When certain command line error occur under Unix (or USS) like
  "Invalid 'I' command line option for input" WTX command line
  engine would return a zero return code.
