Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender users that attempt to import a
  WSDL that binds it's SOAP requests with the document-literal
  encoding.
  
  Problem Description:
  The WSDL importer does not generate the proper type tree for
  document-literal message requests.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  Windows
  

Problem conclusion

• For document-literal WSDL bindings, the WSDL Importer generates
  the body of the request type tree with the proper document
  element.  Before this fix, the body of the message contained
  both the message name and the message parameter name.
