Error description

  • A HIPAA data file containing a CLP11 element and missing a CLP12
element produced the following behavior:

Error message:

34845 1000A N104 required when 1000A REF is used

In addition to the error, it did not report on the presence of
the CLP11 element and missing CLP12.

It should be reported that a Mandatory Element Is Missing.
