Error description

• Editing large map rules with the WTX 8.3 Design Studio is very
  slow.
  
  For map rules that are over 30K it may take one to three minutes
  to open the rule.  Each time a character or string is deleted
  or a line inserted you have to wait again for up to a minute or
  more until can continue editing the rule.

  Design Studio is very slow in responding to the user edit
  actions performed on the Rule window of the same if the map rule
  being edited is huge. Performance of the rule window should be

• Fixed a problem with Design Studio where it responds faster when
  editing large map rules in the Rule Window by the user.
  Performance hit reduced drastically with large map rules.
