PM45282: MAP OUTPUT FROM XML CHOICE GROUP NOT BEING CREATED FOR ALL INSTANCES

Error description

• The map output from an XML choice group in a type tree is not
  created for all instances. When mapping at the functional map
  level only the first instance of the choice group for that
  element is created.
  
  The problem may occur when the map has one XML input and one
  output with several function map levels. The output seems to be
  missing elements in unordered optional choice groups where the
  group is in a series of groups.

Problem conclusion

• Correct length of an unordered optional choice group in WTX.
  Length no longer includes ending tag of group. Previously caused
  missing elements in occurs groups due to size/length errors.
