PM45236: THE ORACLE AQ LISTENER FAILS TO TRIGGER AFTER THE ORACLE CONNECTION HAS BEEN DROPPED

Error description

• The Launcher stops triggering for new Oracle AQ messages
  when using the Oracle AD Adapter as a source event.  Initially
  the messages are detected and the map collects AQ messages
  successfully but after processing messages for some time, the
  new messages are are no longer processed.
  
  When looking at sys.reg$ at the remote database there is no
  subscription active to these AQ messages. The Launcher system
  must be restarted to allow processing of the AQ messages.

  Oracle AQ listener fails to trigger once its Oracle connection
  has been dropped.

Problem conclusion

• The WTX AQ Adapter listener can automatically reconnect to the
  AQ Server in the event of an unexpected session disconnects.
  Before this fix, the Oracle AQ listener would not trigger any
  new events once the original Oracle connection became invalid
  due to networking or Oracle Server connectivity issues.  With
  this fix, the AQ listener automatically detects bad connections,
  notifies the Connection Manager, continually attempts to
  reconnect, and then resumes triggering once connectivity has
  been established.
