  • Design Studio crashes during type tree analysis after copying
components.

To reproduce the issue.

Open a type tree.
Add new type and call the new type test.
Select all components.
Drag all selected components to test.
Analyse tree.
The Design Studio crashes.

Problem summary

  • Users Affected:
WebSphere Transformation Extender customers who uses MOVE to
move types around in a tree.

Problem Description:
Crash during type tree analysis.

Platforms Affected:
Windows

Problem conclusion

  • Some code for "MOVE" was updating the component "rule as
entered" incorrectly, resulting in an invalid type number.
