  • When pruning a copy of the hipaa_x12_ruleless.mtt, after
deleting a segment and then saving, a Java Error occurs and
the Design Studio closes.

Problem Description:
Design Studio crashes when pruning / purging the type tree that
has types with components referring to an invalid component type
that has already been deleted in an earlier purge step and saved
the type tree.

Platforms Affected:
Windows

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed a problem with Design Studio where it does not crash when
deleting types in a type tree that has another type as component
which has become invalid due to deletion in earlier purge step
and saved the type tree.
