  that was imported using the XML Schema Importer with the Classic
  method.

  WebSphere Transformation Extender customers who use classic xml
  importer and observe the symptoms
  
  Problem Description:
  Two issues: one in the importer, and one in the engine. The
  importer generates an incorrect tree. The core engine was
  incorrectly processing IGNORE function.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  ALL
  

Problem conclusion

• The schema importer has been fixed by testing a
  WTX_CLASSIC_XMLNS_LOCAL environment variable. If the variable is
  set to 'true', the importer will add an Xmlns group to all the
  generated types.
  The core engine has been fixed to properly handle the IGNORE
  specification.
