Error description

• When a terminator of $ is used in HIPAA data, the Compliance
  Check map produces unexpected results.
  
  For example, if HIPPA data starts as:
  
  ISA*00*          *00*          *ZZ*RECIVER
  *ZZ*SENDER  *110630*12001*^*00501*000000001*0*T*:$GS*HP...
  
  
  The Compliance Check map will generate unexpected errors because
  of the terminator value of $

  When $ is used as a terminator in the EDI data, unexpected
  results occur with compliance checking.

Problem conclusion

• The process within the compliance check application which
  ensures that the data is structurally sound uses the $ as the
  terminator to identifier data passed into the validation
  utility.  This has been changed and the data now produces the
  expected results.
