Problem summary

Problem conclusion
The process within the compliance check application which ensures that the data is structurally sound uses the $ as the terminator to identifier data passed into the validation utility. This has been changed and the data now produces the expected results. Delivered in HCIP 4.3.2.0, HCIP 4.3.2.1
