Prevent missing data on output when processing required choice
groups.

Problem conclusion

  • Problem Conclusion:
Correct an issue where required choice group elements lengths
where calculated incorrectly, did not include ending tag. This
can cause output to be missing. Now lengths are calculated
correctly.
