a Native XML Schema that fails validation.

WebSphere Transformation Extender customers using Native Schema

Problem Description:
Design Studio crashes or hangs randomly when a map that uses
Native Schema as type tree and input given to the map fails to
validate with the given schema on Windows 7 operating system.

Platforms Affected:
Windows

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed a problem with Native Schema Support where it randomly
crashes / hangs the map during execution if the input to the map
does not validate to the schema and returns a schema exception
message and during clean-up after map execution, memory
corruption leads to random crash/hang.

8.2.0.6, 8.3.0.5
