Error description

• Resource Manager failure occurs when running a z/OS batch job
  that executes a map using the FTP Adapter on output.
  
  The following command is used on output card 1:

  -A -TV FTP.TRACE",
  PACKAGE(input1))
  
  DTXLOG file shows:
  
  Resource Manager failure: return code(-1)
  tempfile open failed.
  Map execution terminated from ./mvsdlli.c 1942
  
  FTP Trace:
  
  tempfile open failed. Errno=0
  Run Terminated at 16:22:21.008 on 05/23/11.

  tempnam() returns NULL unless POSIX(ON).

Problem conclusion

• Code was modified to use tmpnam() resulting in &TEMP style name.
