PM40573: DTXDEBG ENTRIES FOR MAPS GETTING RETURN CODE 4 WITH RESTART MESSAGE

Error description

• DTXDEBG entries for maps getting return code 4 with restart
  message.
  
  Whenever a map ends with a return code of 0004 (Input type
  contains errors) several messages are being written to the
  DTXDEBG TSQ. The messages are:
  
  *** IBM Websphere Transformation Extender/CICS 8.3.0.3(22)_31bit
  Debug
  Listing ***
  Attempting RESTART
  
  Once the DTXDEBG TSQ hits the max size (32K), the application
  receives a return code of 0007 (Requested record not found for
  file DTXDEBG) and the messages start to appear in the CICS
  Started Task.

  restart attribute and doing restarts.
  
  Problem Description:
  Prevent debug messages from appearing in TSQ DTXDEBG when the
  core engine produces a map status debug "Restart" message.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  OS_Batch(32 bits)
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed code to insure that debug was on before attempting to
  print the debug restart message.
  
  Delivered in:
  8.1.0.6, 8.2.0.6, 8.3.0.5
