Error description

• The MQ Adapter Listener using the -REFRESH parameter experiences
  slow triggering of messages that contain non-unique message IDs.

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender MQ listener user that desires
  greater processing performance when handling non-unique messages
  in "-REFRESH" mode.
  
  Problem Description:
  Poor trigger processing performance when handling non-unique MQ
  messages.

Problem conclusion

• The message processing performance of non-unique messages has
  been improved.  Before this fix, the processing of non-unique
  messages during a refresh cycle could take a large amount of
  time.  With this fix, the date/time stamp is used to help
  uniquely identify the message.  By using the date/time stamp,
  new messages that appear during the "-REFRESH" cycle can be
  quickly picked up, particularly if the PollWaitTimeMin setting
  in the dtx.ini file is set to a lower default value (e.g.
  PollWaitTimeMin=50).
