Error description

• When using the WTX 8.3.0.2 version Email adapter, the timestamp
  is offset by 1 hour when using a Daylight Saving Time.

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender user of the Email adapter that
  is sending SMTP messages on a Windows platform and in a daylight
  savings timezone.
  
  Problem Description:
  The Email adapter's SMTP protocol does not list the correct GMT
  time when sending an email message in a daylight saving
  timezone.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  Windows
  

Problem conclusion

• On a Windows platform, the daylight saving time is properly
  factored in when constructing an SMTP-based email message.
  Before this fix, when running in a daylight savings time zone on
  Windows, an hour was not subtracted from the UTC/GMT time.
