Error description

• The WSDL Importer fails to import a WSDL file that references
  external XML schemas that reference namespaces that are defined
  in the WSDL document.
  
  The following error may occur:
  
  Error parsing WSDL file and finding a list of operations the
  Prefix "xsd" for element "xsd:schema" is not bound xsd files are
  referenced by URI address in wsdl

  Circumvention: Under the <types> element, change <xsd:schema>
  to:
  
  <xsd:schema xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
  

Problem summary

  import XML schemas.
  
  Problem Description:
  A WSDL document cannot be successfully imported.

Problem conclusion

• The WSDL importer properly handles imported schemas by making
  available all the appropriate XML namespaces.  Before this fix,
  an XML schema error would occur when trying to import external
  XML schemas that reference namespaces that are defined in the
  WSDL document.
