  imported WSDL type tree as the output card, fails validation
  when using the same imported WSDL type tree as the input card of
  another map used to validate the data.

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  WebSphere Transformation Extender customers using IGNORE
  function and UTF8 data
  
  Problem Description:
  During parsing, when processing the IGNORE function on UTF-8
  data, the data would not be properly ignored causing validation
  error.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  ALL
  

Problem conclusion

• Correct processing on IGNORE function during input parsing on
  UTF-8 data language. Previously would only find ignore
  characters if they where an even number of bytes away from the
  parse current location.
